Annual physical exams
The annual physical gives us the opportunity to address our patients preventive services including vaccines, cancer screening, as well as their chronic health conditions. We also perform school physicals, sports physicals, and preoperative exams. We do not perform DOT certification exams.
Routine office visits
We help patients manage a wide array of health conditions including hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, and arthritis just to name a few.
Acute care visits
We are typically able to see our patients the same day or next day of an appointment request, and treat a multitude of acute illnesses and injuries. Common reasons for acute visits include allergies, sinus infections, UTI, back pain, and colds.
Medical Tests
We perform routine tests including electrocardiograms (ECG), pulmonary function tests, urinalysis, point of service A1C and have an in-house phlebotomist courtesy of Quest Laboratories to draw blood for our patients.
Procedures
Our healthcare providers are skilled in performing minor office procedures such as incision/drainage of abscesses, joint injections, laceration repair, earwax removal, and wart removal.
Vaccines
Vaccines are an essential part of primary disease prevention. We provide the following vaccines in our office: Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis), Prevnar 13 (pneumonia), Pneumococcal 23-valent vaccine (pneumonia), and influenza vaccine (the flu). We refer to local pharmacies and health clinics to obtain the vaccines we do not carry.
Cancer Screening
We aim to incorporate cancer screening during almost every office visit and remind our patients about routine exams for early detection and prevention. Common cancer screening includes testing or referral for the screening of colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and cervical cancer.
